Join The League

Joining the League of Women Voters is a great way to get involved in your community and play an active role in our democracy.

Membership Benefits

Local membership includes membership in the League of Women Voters MN and the League of Women Voters of the United States

Membership magnifies your impact on defending democracy, the freedom to vote, civil liberties,  social and environmental justice.

Your membership provides opportunities to make new friends and get involved by volunteering at events or working on different League committees.

We are an organization committed to diversity, equality, inclusion and non partisanship in principle and in practice.

LWV membership dues are sliding scale, so you can pay the dues amount that makes sense for you. The recommended annual dues amount is $75, but you can pay any amount more or less than that, to a minimum of $20. The dues amount you choose is split between the local, state, and national levels of LWV to support our work at all levels.
